Nicolas A. Kensington, a Managing Director and member/shareholder of the firm, concentrates on telecommunications, commercial, corporate, real estate, securities and venture capital matters. His multifaceted practice embraces all aspects of the organization and operation of corporations and other business ventures, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, employee relations and compensation, finance, lending and real estate. He represents corporations, investors and entrepreneurs in numerous industries including the venture capital, biotechnology, direct marketing, e-commerce, telecommunications, industrial chemicals and tourism industries. Mr. Kensington has developed an expertise in closely held businesses and in resolving disputes involving inter-family business matters and Succession Planning; and has served as a Trustee of various Family Trusts.  Mr. Kensington serves as Director and/or Secretary to a number of private and public companies. Mr. Kensington attended Rutgers University Graduate School of Business in the joint degree program leading to an M.B.A. and J.D.  Mr. Kensington also attended New York University in the graduate tax studies program leading to an L.L.M. in taxation.  He lives in Duxbury, Massachusetts with his wife, Laura, and his three children.
