Ashley M. Berger is an associate at the firm. Ashley concentrates her practice on all areas of civil litigation, including commercial, title insurance and employment litigation. Ashley represents clients through all stages of litigation, including through the discovery process as well as through mediation and trial. Ashley also works with the firm’s energy group. Ashley has represented clients in state and federal courts in Massachusetts, state courts in New Hampshire and state courts in Vermont.
Prior to joining the firm, Ashley worked at a mid-size Boston based civil litigation firm.
Ashley received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. While in law school, Ashley interned at two fortune 500 companies. She also spent her third year of law school teaching Boston high school students constitutional law through the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy program.

Outside the Office
In her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling and spending time with her two rescue cats, Coco and Mateo. Ashley is also an avid runner, and completed the Boston marathon in 2021, the New York City marathon in 2022 and the 2023 Berlin and Chicago marathons, 14 days apart!
