Claire Grace is an associate in the firm’s corporate group. She concentrates her practice on all areas of corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Rich May, Claire worked at a large international law firm where she assisted companies and private equity investors with major transactions and various corporate needs. Claire received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. While in law school, she served as an associate editor and executive editor for the Michigan Technology Law Review, as a legal associate on the Social Venture Fund at the Ross School of Business, and as a student attorney in the Community Enterprise and International Transactions Clinics.
