Diana Alsabe and Claire Grace Join Rich May

Rich May P.C. is thrilled to welcome Diana Alsabe and Claire Grace to the firm! Both Diana and Claire have joined the firm’s Business, Corporate & Securities Group, and Diana has also joined the firm’s Investment Management & Private Funds Group.

Diana and Claire will both be engaged with representing companies and investors in a range of industries through all stages of the business and transaction life cycle, including formation, financing, M&A and every day corporate affairs.   In addition, Diana will be assisting the Investment Management group with representing investment advisers, broker-dealers and clients looking to form investment funds, commodities pool and other investment vehicles.
