Rich May client IPS Fund Services Acquired by Alter Domus

Rich May, P.C. client IPS Fund Services has been acquired by alternative assets fund administrator, Alter Domus.
IPS Fund Services, with $9 billion in assets under administration, will join Alter Domus’ global team of over 1,000 private equity professionals to collaborate across regions and support clients.

Rich May attorneys Stephen M. Kane and Arvid von Taube assisted IPS Fund Services in all aspects of the sale, including negotiation of the terms of the transaction and the preparation of the equity purchase agreement and all ancillary documents.
