Tony McGuinness Joins Rich May’s Commercial Real Estate Group

Rich May is thrilled to welcome Anthony McGuinness to join its commercial real estate practice group. The firm will benefit from Tony?s 15 years of experience focusing on commercial real estate, land use, real estate litigation, and hospitality. Tony represents developers in acquisitions, new construction projects, condominium formation, construction financing, and zoning issues. He has represented clients in adverse possession cases, ZBA appeals, contract disputes, and various other litigation matters. Tony also assists clients in restaurant start-ups and acquisitions, liquor licensing, and leasing matters.
