Rich May Congratulates Client Alta Properties on Purchase of Historic High-Rise

Rich May congratulates its client Alta Properties on its recent purchase of 465 Congress Street in the heart of downtown Portland, Maine.
The landmark high-rise, commonly known as the People’s United Bank Building, was Portland’s first skyscraper. After planned refurbishment, the building will add sought after, high-end office space to the downtown area.
A Rich May team led by Ted Lund assisted on the structuring of the purchase.
