Rich May Client Hamilton Thorne Acquires Zandair Air Purification Business

Rich May congratulates its client, Hamilton Thorne, Ltd., on its recent acquisition of the Zandair air purification products business from Zandair Scientific, Inc.

Hamilton Thorne President and CEO David Wolf, touted the proven performance of the Zandair line, adding: “The addition of the ZANDAIR product line is consistent with our commitment to quality in the ART laboratory.”

A Rich May team led by Jeffrey Loeb and Arvid von Taube assisted Hamilton Thorne with the negotiation and completion of the transaction and related financing.
