Ashley M. Berger is an associate at the firm. Ashley concentrates her practice on all areas of civil litigation, including commercial, title insurance and employment litigation. Ashley represents clients through all stages of litigation, including through the discovery process as well as through mediation and trial. Ashley also works with the firm’s energy group. Ashley has represented clients in state and federal courts in Massachusetts, state courts in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, as well as in front of different administrative agencies and departments.

Representative Matters

  • Obtained defense verdict in 3-day long jury trial in the Maine Business and Consumer Docket (Cumberland County). The case arose out of a harness racing incident at the Fryeburg Fair in 2022.

Outside the Office

Ashley enjoys traveling and spending time with her two rescue cats, Coco and Sven. Ashley is an avid runner, completing the Boston marathon in 2021, the New York City marathon in 2022 and the 2023 Berlin and Chicago marathons (14 days apart), the 2025 Tokyo marathon and the 2025 London Marathon. With her London Marathon finish, Attorney Berger earned her Sixth Star and completed the Abbott World Major Marathon series.
