Rich May Attorney Eric Krathwohl Serves as Faculty for Energy Finance 101 Seminar

Rich May Attorney Eric Krathwohl served on the faculty (along with university professors and other industry experts) for the Energy Finance 101 Seminar presented by the Northeast Energy Commerce Association (NECA) on October 24, 2017. This seminar received high marks for its first offering in October 2016, so NECA offered a new and improved Energy Finance 101 Seminar. This introduction to energy finance topics covered issues of understanding and using financial statements, valuation, assets, project and entity finance mechanisms, and utility ratemaking and regulation. Among the attendees were representatives of utilities, energy developers, consulting and law firms and numerous other energy professionals.
