Congratulations to our client, Rockland Trust Company, for its accolades in being named by the Human Rights Campaign as one of the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality for 2022! This is the 7th year that RTC has won this award.
Rockland Trust Company was among a number of companies to meet all the criteria to earn a 100 percent rating on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equity Index. To earn these top ratings, Rockland Trust Company “took concrete steps to establish and implement comprehensive policies, benefits and practices that ensure greater equity for LGBTQ+ workers and their families.”
