Rich May Client NextGrid Inc. Closes Solar Development Acquisition in Plainville

Congratulations to Rich May client, NextGrid Inc., on the closing of its most recent acquisition of land to develop solar energy generation facilities in Plainville, Massachusetts. Attorneys Dani Justo and Yana Zheng coordinated the acquisition, which involved many mutually beneficial partnerships. The Town of Plainville residents will enjoy new nature and walking trails surrounding the new solar field. Sellers represented by Gregg Lieberman, Esq. of Lieberman Law Office PC donated the adjacent Park Terrace Swim Club. The Swim Club will also be a great benefit to local residents, and will become part of the Hockomock Area YMCA (represented by Chris Rock, Esq.). National Grid, of course, was a key strategic interconnection partner to enable providing sustainable energy for future generations. Truly a fantastic project benefiting all those involved!
