Congratulations to Rich May client Emerald Place Development Company, LLC, on its recent sale of its 238-unit apartment building located in Lunenberg, Massachusetts known as “Emerald Place” to a California-based multifamily real estate company for $76 Million Dollars. The sale involved professionals across the country, including in California, Texas, Illinois, and Massachusetts. A Rich May team including James Heffernan and Yana Zheng represented the seller in the transaction.
