Rich May Attorney James Heffernan Named to Adjunct Faculty at Boston University Questrom School of Business
James Heffernan, a counsel at Rich May, P.C., and a member of Rich May P.C.’s Real Estate Group, has been added to the Adjunct Faculty at Boston University Questrom School of Business.
Mr. Heffernan regularly represents local, national and international clients in all facets of real estate. He has also been a frequent guest lecturer at Questrom School of Business and a co-chair to multiple Technical Assistant Panels with the Urban Land Institute.
Mr. Heffernan will be teaching business law to both undergraduate and MBA students. His first course will be the Introduction to Business Law in the MBA Summer 1 Session at Questrom School of Business starting this May. This particular course introduces graduate MBA students to all aspects of law including constitutional, business, real estate, torts, contracts, and agency law.
