Jeff Loeb Named Managing Director at Rich May, P.C.
Rich May, P.C., is pleased to announce that Jeff Loeb has been named a Managing Director of the firm. Jeff joined Rich May as counsel in 2003, and has been a Shareholder since 2006.
Jeff is the co-chair of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department and also heads the Firm’s Real Estate and Title Litigation practice group. While Jeff focuses his practice on both real estate and business litigation, in the last few years Jeff has devoted much of his time to representing owners and lenders who learned – because of defective foreclosures in their chains of title – that their investment might be in peril. Supreme Judicial Court decisions in Bevilacqua v. Rodriguez, 460 Mass 762 (2011) and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company v. Fitchburg Capital, LLC, 471 Mass. 248 (2015), both of which were brought by Jeff on behalf of our clients, helped provide owners and lenders with clarity and a path to solving their title problems.
Jeff is also a leader in his community. He served for many years as both a member and Chair of the Ipswich School Committee. He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Ipswich Family YMCA and as a member of the Board of Directors of the North Shore YMCA.
