Rachael is an associate at Rich May. Rachael concentrates her practice in the firm’s Business, Corporate & Securities group, where she advises clients on a broad range of transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, entity formation and governance, and general corporate representations.

Prior to joining Rich May, Rachael practiced as a finance associate at large international law firms in Boston, where she advised lenders, borrowers, and private equity sponsors on middle-market debt financing, including term loans, asset-based lending facilities, leveraged buyouts and restructurings. Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, life sciences, retail, and manufacturing.
