On November 19, 2020, Rich May attorney Danielle Justo spoke at AllyLaw’s SuperConference. Presenting as part of a panel titled Women in Law, Danielle was joined by Ilene Jaroslaw of Phillips Nizer and Paola Sangiovanni of Gitti and Partners. Together the panel discussed the importance of mentoring and sponsoring young lawyers, responding to unequal treatment, and dealing with professional exclusion in the legal field.
