Kayla is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice group. She advises businesses and entrepreneurs on company formation and structuring, governance, mergers and acquisitions, investment and finance transactions, and commercial contracting.

Kayla handles an extensive portfolio of corporate and transactional legal work. Her representation of businesses spans the entire corporate life cycle.  Kayla’s guidance begins with choice of entity and formation, continues through the day-to-day corporate matters, and finally through the implementation of an appropriate exit strategy.

Prior to joining Rich May, Kayla worked at a boutique law firm where she assisted small and large clients with their various corporate needs. Her exposure to multiple practice areas allows her to provide her clients with a unique prospective in assisting them navigate through a range of business and corporate matters.
