Rich May believes in the rule of law.
In April 2025, Rich May filed an amicus brief in a federal lawsuit challenging a presidential Executive Order which targeted the law firm Perkins Coie LLP for its past litigation and representation of political opponents. In May 2025, that Executive Order was struck down in a historic decision affirming the core constitutional freedoms of free speech, due process, and the right to select counsel without fear of retribution.
