Walter L. Landergan, Jr.

Walter L. Landergan, Jr., a Managing Director and member/shareholder of the firm concentrates on Corporations, Mergers and Acquisitions and Taxation. Mr. Landergan is a graduate of Phillips Acadamy. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard College (A.B. 1950), a graduate of Harvard Law School, (J.D. 1953) and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. His practice encompasses a wide variety of corporate legal matters and transactions including leveraged buyouts, public and private financings, mergers, acquisitions and divestures, and representation of professional societies, as well as tax matters, and estate planning and administration. Over his career Mr. Landergan has served as Counsel to and as a director and officer of, a Fortune 500 Company in the apparel industry, and major national corporations in the trucking and electronics industries as well as numerous smaller private companies. Mr. Landergan is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
