Thomas
H. Bilodeau, III, is a partner in the firm of Rich May, a Professional
Corporation, located in Boston, Massachusetts, where he serves as chair
of the firm’s Investment Management Practice. Tom also concentrates on
corporate, commercial, and securities law. He is a graduate of Boston
College Law School (J.D., 1996, cum laude) and Bowdoin College (B.A.,
1990, Government and Legal Studies). Tom’s diverse practice includes
all aspects of the organization and operation of corporations, limited
liability companies, general and limited partnerships and other
business entities, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, the
organization and operation of investment advisers, hedge funds and
commodities funds and related regulatory and compliance matters,
contracts, secured transactions, and public and private financings. Tom
is a member of the American, Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations
and is an active member of the Board of Medicines for Humanity, a
Massachusetts non-profit organization serving the needs of impoverished
children worldwide. In 2008, Tom was named one of the elite lawyers in
Massachusetts according to Super Lawyers, a joint publication of Boston
Magazine and Law & Politics. Tom and his wife, Kelly and their
three children, live in Hingham, Massachusetts.
