Robert P. Tedesco
Robert P. Tedesco, Counsel to Rich May, concentrates on business and financial matters, with an emphasis on growth companies, mergers and acquisitions, private equity financings and technology development and licensing. He is a graduate of Boston Latin School, Harvard College (A.B., 1981), the Boston University School of Law (J.D., 1986), where he was an Editor of the Boston University Law Review and the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley (M.B.A., 1994), where he was an instructor in undergraduate business and graduate microeconomics courses and an Editor of the California Business Weekly. Mr. Tedesco brings over twenty-one years of legal and business experience to his practice, representing companies and investors across a range of industries. He resides in West Roxbury, Massachusetts with his wife and daughters.
