Rich May Attorney Jeffrey B. Loeb Presents at MCLE Conference on Real Estate Litigation
Rich May Attorney Jeffrey B. Loeb served as a faculty speaker at a
Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) seminar on July 22,
2009. The seminar, entitled Litigating Real Estate Disputes,
featured eight lecturers, who presented on a range of topics. Mr. Loeb
gave a lecture entitled “Resolving Difficult Title Issues,” which
focused on title defects and other issues arising from the foreclosure
epidemic, as well as strategies for resolving them. The seminar took
place at the MCLE Conference Center in Boston. For more information on

Jeffrey B. Loeb is a shareholder of Rich May who focuses on business
