Rich May to Sponsor Reception for Federal Energy Regulatory Commissioner Marc Spitzer


Rich May, P.C. is the sponsor of the reception preceding the dinner speech of Commissioner Spitzer to the Northeast Energy and Commerce Association on September 11, 2008. This is one of a series of NECA dinner speeches held monthly on a variety of issues affecting the energy industry. Rich May Managing Director Eric Krathwohl is a Director and the Secretary of NECA.


Mr. Krathwohl has 29 years of experience representing energy companies, addressing energy regulation and handling energy transactions. Over the past several years he has had experience with wind, solar, biomass and energy efficiency projects. He has also represented emerging clean tech companies and encouraged them as they develop and finance their ideas.
