Rich May Attorney Erica P. Bigelow Named Co-Chair of the Land
Use and Zoning Committee for the Real Estate Bar Association for
Massachusetts
Erica P. Bigelow has been named co-chair of the Land Use and Zoning
Committee for the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts (REBA).
The committee focuses primarily on permitting and land use issues, as
well as proposed legislation to revise zoning and affordable housing
laws. The committee also acts as a fundamental resource for REBA
members while co-sponsoring programs with specialty bar associations
such as the City Solicitors and Town Counsel Association.
Ms. Bigelow’s practice concentrates on real estate and business law. A
graduate of Radcliffe College and Harvard Law School, she is a member
of the Legislative Committee of the Real Estate Bar Association for
Massachusetts and one of the principal drafters of pending legislation
to reform, modernize, and expand the Massachusetts Homestead Act. For
