Rich May Client Sells Insurance Agency


Rich May represented its client, a long-established Boston-based insurance agency, in the sale of substantially all the assets of the agency to a growing network of agencies based in New England. Rich May attorney Stephen M. Kane represented the selling agency and negotiated the legal terms of the sale.
