Rich May Client TwinStrata, Inc. Obtains Initial Financing
Rich May is pleased to have represented its client TwinStrata, Inc. in
its initial convertible debt financing from new investors. Proceeds
raised will be used to continue to develop and market TwinStrata’s
initial products for the computer server and storage markets. Rich May
attorney Stephen M. Kane represented TwinStrata in connection with the
financing.
