Rich May Welcomes Real Estate Attorney Erica P. Bigelow to the Firm
Rich May is proud to welcome real estate attorney Erica P. Bigelow to
the firm. Ms. Bigelow is a graduate of Radcliffe College (cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa) and Harvard Law School (cum laude).
Ms. Bigelow’s diverse transactional practice embraces all aspects of
real estate law. She represents individual and corporate developers in
a variety of commercial and multi-family residential projects, from
property identification and due diligence, through zoning, wetlands and
planning permits, to acquisition and construction financing. Ms.
Bigelow has also acted as title, environmental and closing counsel in
commercial property acquisitions, sales and workouts ranging in value
