Congratulations to Rich May Client JHR Development
Congratulations to Rich May client JHR Development and its principals,
J. Hilary Rocket Jr. and Joseph Thibert, who will work with the town of
Brunswick, ME on developing a $35 million plan to build retail shops,
offices, a cinema, restaurants and a hotel in the heart of downtown
Brunswick. An implementation committee solicited proposals from
interested developers and selected JHR over several other qualified
applicants. The Maine Street Station project could create about 400
jobs and generate $500,000 a year in property taxes for the town. The
project has the potential to generate more than $15 million in new tax
revenue over 20 years.
