96 Swampscott Road, LLC, and its principals J. Hilary Rocket Jr., and
Joseph Thibert, developed the site and facility in Massachusetts for
the new and expanded headquarters for Jacqueline’s Gourmet Cookies.
This site, formerly Atlantic Extrusions, sat vacant for approximately 3
years. Through intensive work, 96 Swampscott Road, LLC, the town of
Salem, MassDevelopment, DanversBank and others successfully converted
the former manufacturing plant into ten commercial/ industrial
condominiums, nine of which have already been sold to local businesses,
including Tobin and Sons Moving, Tri-City Sales, Grossman, Falmer
Associates, E. Amanti and Sons, Groom Construction, Bematek Systems and
