Rich May Appoints Thomas H. Bilodeau, III and Jeffrey B. Loeb as Shareholders of the Firm
Rich May is pleased to announce the election of Jeffrey B. Loeb and Thomas H. Bilodeau as shareholders of the firm.
Thomas H. Bilodeau, III: Tom joined the firm in 1996 and
concentrates on corporate, commercial, and securities law. He received
his B.A. from Bowdoin College in 1990 and his J.D., cum laude, from

Jeffrey B. Loeb: Since 2003, Jeff has served as counsel
at the firm and is primarily a business litigator with significant
experience in the areas of general civil litigation and business and
commercial law. Jeff received his B.A. from Yale University in 1982 and
