Rich May’s Stephen Kane Re-appointed to Massachusetts Bar Association Business Law Section Council
Rich May attorney Stephen Kane has been re-appointed as a member of the
Business Law Section Council of the Massachusetts Bar Association for
the 2005-2006 Association year, beginning on September 1, 2005. This
will be Mr. Kane’s second term as a member of the Business Law Section
Council. During his first term, Mr. Kane served as a Section Editor for
the Massachusetts Bar Association “Section Review” publication. The
Business Law Section Council is responsible for analyzing and proposing
legislation, organizing educational programs, establishing substantive
practice groups within the section and formulating and recommending
policy positions to the MBA House of Delegates.
