Nicolas A. Kensington

Nicolas A. Kensington, a Managing Director and member/shareholder of the firm, concentrates on telecommunications, commercial, corporate, real estate, securities and venture capital matters. He is a graduate of Rutgers University (B.A., 1969; J.D., 1973) and attended New York University and Rutgers University Graduate School of Business Administration. Mr. Kensington served as Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Journal. His multifaceted practice embraces all aspects of the organization and operation of corporations and other business ventures, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, employee relations and compensation, finance, lending and real estate. He represents corporations, investors and entrepreneurs in numerous industries including the venture capital, biotechnology, direct marketing, e-commerce, telecommunications, industrial chemicals and tourism industries. Mr. Kensington serves as Director and/or Secretary to a number of private and public companies. Mr. Kensington is involved in various community affairs programs and serves as an advisor to the Entrepreneurial Management Institute of Boston University School of Management. Mr. Kensington is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts. He lives in Duxbury, Massachusetts with his wife, Laura, and his three children.
