Lawrence B. Flint
Lawrence B. Flint, an associate with the firm, focuses on corporate and business matters. Mr. Flint received his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 2001, where he was note editor for the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Tufts University in 1995. Prior to joining Rich May, Mr. Flint practiced law with Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault and Tremont Law Group, LLP. His experience with these firms included representing private and public technology companies in general corporate matters, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting matters and public offerings. Mr. Flint also has experience representing venture capitalists and companies in private placement investments, as well as extensive practice in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Prior to his career in law, Mr. Flint worked in politics as a Legislative Assistant for U.S. Congressman Steve Schiff and a Legal Intern for State Senator Stephen F. Lynch. Mr. Flint is admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts and currently resides in Somerville.
