John A. Kostrubanic
John A. Kostrubanic, counsel to the firm, concentrates on corporate, securities, finance and intellectual property matters. During his career, John has counseled clients on a variety of matters including public securities offerings, venture capital financings, angel investor financings and mergers and acquisitions. John has extensive experience in counseling early-stage technology companies, primarily in the software and medical device industries, and assisting them with both legal and business counseling. Mr. Kostrubanic also works extensively with information technology and licensing in the healthcare industry, generally representing healthcare providers. Prior to joining the firm, John was a partner with a large firm, with offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University (B.S., 1985, Accounting) and New Hampshire School of Law -- formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center (J.D., 1988). Mr. Kostrubanic is actively involved in various Penn State alumni groups, including the Smeal School of Business.
For the past three years, John has been nominated as one of the elite lawyers in Massachusetts according to Super Lawyers, a joint publication of Boston Magazine and Law & Politics. He lives in Beverley, Massachusetts with his wife and three children.
