Heather L. Sullivan

Heather L. Sullivan is an associate of the firm. She is a graduate of Harvard University (A.B., cum laude, concentration in philosophy) and the University of Chicago Law School (J.D., with honors), where she was a member of the Law Review. Following graduation, Ms. Sullivan served as law clerk under Judge Robert B. King (United States
Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit) in Charleston, West Virginia. Ms. Sullivan was
a litigation associate at a prominent San Francisco firm, focusing on appellate litigation and arguing several cases before the California Court of Appeals. More recently, Ms. Sullivan was a Forrester Fellow and Instructor of Law at Tulane Law School. She is admitted to the Bar in Illinois and California. Ms. Sullivan resides in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
