Emmett E. Lyne
Emmett
E. Lyne is a Managing Director and member/shareholder of the firm. Mr.
Lyne concentrates on corporate, regulatory and finance matters for a
variety of corporate, charitable and individual clients. Mr. Lyne has
served as an MIT Enterprise Forum moderator. He is a cum laude graduate
of Bowdoin College (1981) and earned his law degree cum laude from
Boston College Law School (1986). He is a member of the Massachusetts
and Boston Bar Associations and serves as an officer/trustee of several
civic organizations. Mr. Lyne is a Corporator of Belmont Hill School,
the Co-Chair and Clerk of FCD (Freedom From Chemical Dependency)
Educational Services, and a member of the Board of Directors of Heading
Home, Inc. He was elected to the Board of Directors of Lawyers
Concerned for Lawyers in 2005. From 2005-2008, Mr. Lyne has also been
named one of Massachusetts’ “Super Lawyers.” Mr. Lyne is an Honorary
Citizen of the State of Oklahoma. He lives in Wellesley with his wife
Margaret and their four children.
