David Wittmann
David is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. David’s practice focuses on general corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, entity selection and formation, business succession planning, corporate governance, and complex contract matters. David routinely represents clients in the manufacturing, health care, high technology and financial services industries. David lives in Melrose, Massachusetts with his wife Alexandra.
