From Points North:
93 South to South Station/Purchase Street (exit 23A). Make an
immediate right on Pearl Street and go two blocks to the Garage at Post
Office Square. The entrance is on the left. Exiting the garage on foot,
turn right on Franklin Street. Take the second left on Federal Street.
The entrance to 176 Federal Street is located directly across from the
Fiduciary Trust Building.
From Points South:
93 North (Southeast Expressway) to I-90 (exit 20), toward Logan
Airport/So. Station (keep right at the fork in the ramp). Stay to the
left and take immediate left detour to the Financial District (watch
for small South Station sign). At the Kneeland Street/Atlantic Avenue
light, make a left onto Summer Street and then a right onto High
Street. High Street becomes Federal Street. Follow Federal Street two
blocks to Milk Street, take a right and then an immediate right on to
Congress Street. The Garage at Post Office Square entrance is on your
immediate left. Exiting the garage, turn right on Franklin Street. Take
the second left on Federal Street. The entrance to 176 Federal Street
is located directly across from the Fiduciary Trust Building.
From Points West:
Mass Pike (90 East) to 93 North/South Station. Take exit 24A toward
South Station. Bear left at the fork in the ramp. Turn slight right
onto Atlantic Ave. You will come to an intersection with South Station
on your right and One Financial Center on your left. At this
intersection take a left onto Summer Street. Take a right onto High
Street. At the first set of lights take a left onto Federal Street.
Follow Federal Street to the end and take a right onto Milk Street.
Turn Right onto Congress Street. Post Office Square Parking Garage will
be on your Left. Exiting the garage on foot, turn right on Franklin
Street. Take the second left on Federal Street. The entrance to 176
Federal Street is located directly across from the Fiduciary Trust
Building.
Or:
Storrow Drive East to 93 South. Take High Street exit. Left onto High
Street. Right on Pearl Street. Two blocks to the Garage at Post Office
Square entrance on left. Exiting the garage on foot, turn right on
Franklin Street. Take the second left on Federal Street. The entrance
to 176 Federal Street is located directly across from the Fiduciary
Trust Building.
Directions from I-93 and I-90 to South Station Bus Terminal Garage:
From I-93 North and South take Exit 20 “South Station”
From I-90 East and West take Exit 24 “South Station”
If you are driving in from the West on I-90 (MassPike), this garage
can be accessed directly by taking Exit 24A “South Station” and
following the signs for “Bus Terminal Parking” (ignore the HOV only
signs)
From all other roads, the garage is accessed by an up-ramp located off of Kneeland Street labeled “Bus Terminal Parking”
After parking, take the elevator down to street level (Atlantic Avenue)
and walk toward South Station. When you get to the intersection of
Summer Street and Atlantic Avenue, you will cross Atlantic Avenue.
Next, cross Summer Street, take a left and follow the pedestrian path.
You will see the Fiduciary Trust Building on your left. The entrance to
176 Federal Street is located directly across from the Fiduciary Trust
Building.
Public Transportation:
Commuter Rail
South Station is located diagonally across the street
from our office. After exiting South Station you will be at the
Intersection of Summer Street and Atlantic Avenue where you will cross
Atlantic Ave. Next you will Cross Summer Street, take a left and follow
the pedestrian path. You will see the Fiduciary Trust Building on your
left. The entrance to 176 Federal Street is located directly across
from the Fiduciary Trust Building.
From North Station take the inbound MBTA Green Line train to Park Street, switch to the Red Line and get off at the South Station stop.
Subway
The closest MBTA stop is South Station, accessible by the Red Line or the Silver Line.
