Nathaniel C. Donoghue graduated from Boston College Law School in 2015. He received his A.B. from Harvard University in 2010. While in law school, Mr. Donoghue’s team won Boston College’s Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition. His team not only won oral arguments, but was awarded best written brief as well. He went on to compete on Boston College’s National Moot Court Competition team, again winning both oral arguments and best written brief in the Northeast Regionals. For his performance in the National Moot Court Competition, he received the American College of Trial Lawyers’ Medal for Excellence in Advocacy. In his first year in law school, Mr. Donoghue also won Boston College’s Client Counseling Competition and was a finalist in the American Bar Association’s Regional Competition.
Mr. Donoghue spent a summer interning at the Massachusetts Appeals Court under Judge Agnes, and another summer as a Summer Associate at Orr & Reno in Concord, NH. He also spent a year interning at the Trial Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office through a Boston College clinic designed to immerse law students in legal practice.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Donoghue worked as an Associate Analyst at Abt Associates Inc. performing quantitative data analysis for education and nutrition research. He currently lives in Somerville, Massachusetts.
