Theodore A. Lund is a member of the firm’s Business, Corporate and Securities Group. Ted represents startup and more mature companies through all phases of their growth process, including incorporation and initial funding; creation of employee stock and other incentive plans; angel, debt, venture and private equity funding; strategic acquisitions; and exit transactions. He also counsels companies on a variety of employee matters, strategic partnerships, licensing and other events critical to continued growth and success of his clients. With a background that also includes litigation, Mr. Lund can offer both practical and legal advice and is a trusted advisor to his clients.
Ted lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts with his wife Norah, and their two children.
