Rich May’s Eric Krathwohl Presents to NECA’s Conference on the Energy Policy Act of 2005

On November 9, 2005 Rich May attorney Eric Krathwohl presented to the Northeast Energy and Commerce Association’s full day conference on the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (“EPACT ‘05”). Mr. Krathwohl described the new Clean Renewable Energy Bonds (“CREBs”), which are a new financing vehicle created by EPACT ‘05, and how they would be a boon to community based renewables projects. He also moderated the panel, which discussed EPACT ‘05’s incentives for wind, PV, biofuel/biomass and fuel cells.
