Howard L. Levin joins Rich May

Rich May is pleased to announce that Howard L. Levin has joined the firm as Counsel. Mr. Levin concentrates on commercial real estate and business law matters.

Mr. Levin represents owners, developers and lenders in connection with a wide range of real estate development, acquisitions and sales, title, leasing, zoning, land use, subdivision control, finance and creditors’ rights matters. He also represents clients before planning and zoning boards throughout Massachusetts, including appeals in state and federal courts.

He also advises emerging and established business enterprises from formation to public offering, including formation of corporations and limited liability companies, corporate finance, intellectual property, contracts and succession planning.

Mr. Levin is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (B.A., magna cum laude, 1975) and Duke University School of Law (J.D., 1978).
