Governor Romney issues Executive Order No. 455 establishing new set of standards of conduct for Massachusetts notaries public

On December 19, 2003, Massachusetts Governor, Mitt Romney, issued Executive Order No. 455 (03-13), which describes a new set of standards of conduct for Massachusetts notaries public. These new standards are effective immediately for new notaries, and February 17th for existing notaries.
