Rich May Client, Strategic Lumber Resource, Inc., Closes Combined Series A and Series B Rounds of Financing

Rich May is pleased to have represented its client, Strategic Lumber Resource, Inc. in closing a combined Series A and Series B round of funding. The round was led by veteran venture investors, Thomas Claflin and G. Mead Wyman. SLR intends to use the proceeds of the financing to open new plants and expand its customer base.

Strategic Lumber Resource, Inc. was represented by Emmett Lyne, Tom Bilodeau and other members of the Rich May team in this transaction.
