Rich May Client, HealthGate Data Corp., Acquires EBM Solutions and Completes Private Placement

Rich May, a Professional Corporation, a Boston business law firm, represented HealthGate Data Corp. in its acquisition of substantially all the assets of EBM Solutions, Inc. of Nashville, Tennessee and in HealthGate’s related $400,000 private placement in connection with the acquisition.

HealthGate is a provider and electronic publisher of healthcare information and will continue to develop and market the evidenced-based medical guidelines and care management applications of EBM Solutions.
