Rich May’s Eric Krathwohl Presents at The New England Association of Energy Engineers Annual Forum on “New England Energy Outlook — Proposed Changes to Electric Pricing”.
Rich May attorney Eric J. Krathwohl made a presentation on the effects of Standard Market Design on the New England wholesale electric markets, along with other industry experts, to over 100 commercial and industrial businesses on January 8, 2003 at Boston College. The presentation (attached hereto) provided an overview of the NEPOOL and ISO-NE proposal to the FERC to implement a standard market design, including congestion management mechanisms, locational marginal pricing and multi-settlement mechanisms. Mr. Krathwohl’s comments included advice to customers about mitigating cost increases and discussion of the market generally.
