Rich May Client, Corning Natural Gas, Receives Approval for Rate Increase

Rich May client receives approval from New York Public Service Commission (“NYPSC”) for rate increase. Rich May attorney Eric J. Krathwohl represented Corning Natural Gas Corporation (“Corning”) in its rate proceeding in which Corning and NYPSC Staff presented a Joint Proposal with the effect of increasing Corning’s base rates by about 3.5%.
