Krathwohl made a presentation on how to save energy costs, along with other industry experts, to over 130 commercial and industrial businesses on October 31, 2002 at the Springfield, MA Basketball Hall of Fame. The presentation (attached hereto) provided an overview of the current restructured electricity marketplace in Massachusetts and the different options that electric customers have to achieve savings, including distributed generation, cogeneration, load management, as well as purchase of competitive supply. Regarding the purchase of electric supply, the presentation explained the key deal and contract terms and cautioned the attendees on various risks and unfavorable contract provisions.
