RichMay completes pro bono work for non-profit
Steve Kane of Rich May assisted in the establishment of a Newton-based non-profit organization that is dedicated to improving playground facilities and equipment to include access for handicapped children. Rich May’s services in incorporating the organization, filing for IRS exemption status and assisting with preparing appropriate filings with the Massachusetts Attorney General and Department of Revenue were all provided on a pro bono basis.
